How Do You Convince Sales?

A quick answer to that is to use testimonials. Of course, there are right and wrong ways to use them. Some prospects easily buy into testimonial from satisfied customers of yours but many still have doubt and questions in their mind of the authenticity of such proof.

More sophisticated products and industries, like the Medical industry, use clinical studies as proof to back up their claims. This is practice is often referred to as 'Evidence Base', and is widely accepted by Healthcare Professionals everywhere in the world. Some industries have adopted the same concept due to the effects it brings about.
