The last seven chapters focus on various aspects of self-improvement, such as attitude, self-esteem, and rapport-building.


Each chapter features a self-affirmation technique that can be used to achieve these goals.


The various chapters support the exercises by explaining the methodology and purpose of the technique in a friendly manner. Although the methods are not officially declared as such, they are introduced as the authors promote their philosophy and expound on their goals.


The goal of this book is to avoid using jargon, which is very common in NLP. However, this doesn't work well when the authors resort to using jargon. For instance, the various statements about the technique are often open to interpretation.


The exercises in this book are very effective when used to correct various personal issues and improve performance. The reader doesn't have to understand the methodology to benefit from this approach. In addition, the book provides an effective complement to other mental health treatments such as psychotherapy and medication for adults.


One of the most important factors that a person should consider when it comes to addressing their psychological barrier is having a comprehensive psychological assessment. This should be done by a mental health professional.


Individuals with various mental health conditions, such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression, are often undiagnosed and may have a relatively high prevalence rate. These conditions can be treated with a combination of medication and self-help exercises.


I bought this book thinking that it could help me gain some advantage in life. Unfortunately, it did not provide me with any new ideas or techniques that were similar to those that were already being used by other people. I gave this book two stars because it could have been better if the reader had actually been exposed to some of the techniques featured in it.

Although the reader may not be able to explain every concept, this book is highly useful for non-specialists. The following section is for the non-specialists, and it provides a variety of ways to practice and understand the book. It includes a three-week program that consists of daily exercises.
